Software Licensing


Development Licence

Development licences will be available in 2006 that provide the necessary software and documentation to enable the integration of VoxIQ into third party applications.


Runtime Licence

Every instance of the use of VoxIQ will require a runtime licence, e.g. each game sold to a customer or agent position (seat) in a call centre. The price of the licence will be determined according to the nature of the market and the benefit/enhancement provided by VoxIQ.


The licence costs of the Speech and KBS technology components of VoxIQ will be included in the VoxIQ runtime licence price.


Maintenance Licence

An annual maintenance licence will be offered for both development and runtime licences.


Consultancy

VoxIQ Limited will provide consultancy to customers as required to assist with the development of VoxIQ based applications
